PRIVACY POLICY

The Company may collect personal information about the Client’s representatives, the Client’s clients and others in providing the Services to the Client.

The Client agrees to work with the Company to ensure that the Parties meet the privacy obligations and principles that may be applicable under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended from time to time) (the Privacy Act).

The obligations may include notifying the relevant person to whom the personal information relates who the Company is and how the Company proposes to use their personal information. Where the Client has collected personal information, the Client warrants that: (i) the Client has collected the personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act; (ii) the Client is entitled to provide this personal information to the Company; and (iii) that the Company may use and disclose the personal information in providing the Services to the Client.

This Agreement must be read in conjunction with the Company’s Privacy and Data Collection Policy, as may be varied from time to time.
